鶏胸肉 4枚
キャベツ 半玉
水 全体が浸かるぐらい
白ワイン 大さじ2
黒胡椒 小さじ1/2

1.深鍋に鶏胸肉(皮付きでもOK)、水、白ワインを入れて火にかける

2.キャベツを適当な大きさに切る

3.お湯が沸騰したら中火に落として、あくを取る
